I just finished my interview yesterday, extremely nerve racking and I said um alot, it was only 10 minutes, it was virtual and I didn't ask many questions and super anxious if I got the job or not? I think I awnsered the manager's questions well. any idea how long it takes to hear back or if maybe being so anxious was bad? or if I should have asked more questions, cause pay wasn't something I asked ago and I think I should have. my boyfriend said they should do a follow up interview (a physical one) but I have no idea :(

I’m a bit concerned that it was only 10 minutes, there are like a list of questions the SM are supposed to ask and that seems awfully quick. If you keep coming up with more questions, reach out to the person who interviewed you and ask to set up a second interview. It would also show the manager that you are very interested if you follow up with them.

well, I had called the starbucks I was applying to and a barista said that the store manager will be emailing me whether I got the job or not. she said she was confused everytime I had asked if there was a second interview. I just emailed her, I just don't to be annoying. even if the interview was short I felt it went well, I had strong answers even if my social anxiety got in the way. this was my first interview.
