Hi y’all i just became a trainer after 8 months at the siren. i need help coming up with coffee tastings and pairing for when i start training people, anyone have any suggestions?

Ask them what type of coffee they’d like ! my trainer did that and we had whatever dark roast was brewing and a chocolate croissant :) so good— i recommend using a pastry or something sweet for the tasting, it’s more enjoyable :) .. pike goes well with the coffee cake and blonde would be good with an almond croissant or a doughnut
