The only time we don’t solo drive at my store is in peak, so if you’re not working peak you’ll have to solo.

I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t given any sort of practice soloing in training. The biggest thing is when you hear a ding, greet the car as quickly as you can even if it’s just “hey welcome to Starbucks I’ll be right with you”. Other than that, take an order, finish a car at the window, then take the next order. And remember it’s just coffee, so take a deep breath and just do your best!
