This might be the craft beverage training, as it’s a 4 hour session and can be scheduled beginning august 1st. I’d suggest talking to your SM about it

It’s been in some recent weekly updates. Basically it’s realigning on beverage recipes and routines, along with some other stuff. It’s a whole store training

Are you a barista trainer or shift? You might be helping lead the craft training, those people get a 1.5hr train the trainer meeting

As a heads up, apparently they're allowed to schedule training outside of ppls availability :/. I have no clue why or where it says so, but it was mentioned at my store when talking about that beverage thing.
