i think it either means
1. make sure the drinks you make on bar are less messy,,, maybe at ur store they expect you to wipe drinks clean and or change the lid/cup if it spilled
2. clean up mobile bar handoff area— drinks that have been sitting for more than an hour can be dumped and thrown away and you wipe down the area
3. if you were on dto— maybe you need to wipe off spilled drinks and make sure they look nice before handing them to customers :) — no leaking caramel or whip cream, things like that

edit: for #1 if ur on mobile/cafe bar, you should clean up the drinks before handing them off , if ur on dt bar , maybe ur shift wants you to clean them instead of the window person ? idk

Maybe she actually said “clean the drains”?
Either way, id ask for clarification bc it seems as though you want to be the best barista you can be.
