Pages 27 and 28 of the Partner Guide talk about calling out policies. The gist of it is:
\- The partner is not responsible for finding coverage for calling out due to sudden onset of illness, injuries, and emergencies. But you need to call the store (email/text is not an acceptable form of communication) and let someone in charge know
There is some more info on pages 51 - 60 about other time away from work (e.g. bereavement time)

I don’t have any resources, but have been a partner for 7 years. In these situations, managers have been more than accommodating. You can also contact partner resource number located in every front page of the daily records book (where you would write in a time punch). They will help you with questions about paid family leave and time off. 1-888-7289-411(SBUX-411)
