Opening on Sunday (order day) as a new supervisor. Help please! (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hello my fellow partners!
Can anyone remind me how to open as a supervisor and place the Fontana/Carson order thing?
I’ve only opened once about two months ago and my manager had me as a night supervisor this whole time. She scheduled me to open on Sunday but I completely forgot how to do all of that. I do not have any other supervisors coming in that day to guide me.
Any tips and information would be awesome. Thank you!

make sure you don’t forgot to place the order and have everything auto order and not get enough product

It should just pop up in your orders list in ISM. We print it out and walk around with it. Check the pars on each item like you would a normal order - just multiple pages long. Enter it all. Then go into create order and order anything weird like aprons or syrup risers that you need. We keep a list posted for those items to make life easier.
If you don’t have good pars set then you might be takin a very good guess at things. Our sm sets pars on literally everything. Like restroom cleaner has a number of bottles on hand taped to the shelf type thing.
