Anyone know the 2 tea combination for upset stomach?(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by FruityPoopsicles
I worked at Starbucks over a decade ago and I remember one of the ladies that had been there a long time introduced me to mixing 2 different types of tea for any type of indigestion or menstrual cramps. It worked wonders and I cannot remember the 2 types for the life of me. Anyone heard of this?

this isn't a starbucks tea but ginger tea can help a lot! as far as sbux stuff goes, it might've been the mint majesty (contains peppermint) & peach tranquility (contains chamomile and licorice)
also, if it was over a decade ago, it's quite possible that one or both of the teas have been discontinued :(

hey - you might be thinking of what used to be called “a medicine ball” ? It’s now called honey citrus mint tea and is made up of jade citrus mint , peach tranquility , steamed lemonade + hot water and some honey blend 🫶

^ i’d recommend doing these teas but leaving out the lemonade and honey blend since sugar is inflammatory!

i do either light or no lemonade and honey packets instead of the honey blend- it’s so much better

Didnt starbucks used to have tea bags called comfort tea? I think thats what it was called but it always helped my stomach when i felt nauseated or had any stomach issues

I remember hearing about something like this from one of our older employees before she left. I think she said it used teas with chamomile and/or ginger?
I hope this helps. I'm sorry I can't remember more clearly. :(
