Yessss the bags are so bad! We have people that will come through the drive through asking for a free panini or wrap because the day before the bag ripped and it fell on the ground. They could straight up be lying about that to get free food, but because of how likely it is to have happened it doesn’t even really get questioned anymore. Even ruling out the potential for scams, the loss of product, labor and face to have to be remaking them so often must cost a pretty penny.

I’m curious what other stores have been doing go combat this. For a while we would use scotch tape to fix the bags, but our DM told us that we couldn’t do that. So now we just really really emphasize to everyone that they need to hold it from the bottom lol

I got a notification for this post and my heart stopped bc I thought they pushed raised back again 💀

I saw this subject line and was super pissed! I’m so glad it’s not true, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they do…. My husband and I already have it decided that if they get pushed again I am quitting. I have been supplying the health care, but It’s truly not worth it. I am so burnt out and frustrated and pretty much dread every shift I have to go to 🥺😔😬

They were never pushed back, they we always announced as Summer with no actual date. The first date they announced was 8/01. If anyone communicated something different to y'all, they were wrong 😅

Then stop using panini bags if its falling out and burning people, holy shit are yall dense? We threw out our panini bags and use warming bags because our sbux apparently has critical thinking skills.
