With all due respect, it seems like there's some personal bitterness in your sentiment lmfao, our team has never voted any new hires, and i've personally felt that every single POQ 100% deserved it (but I also really like my coworkers so im biased)

I get where you are coming from. The last POQ is constantly mean to everyone, literally everyone yet she got it and became a trainer. Then this POQ, someone who’s been here for 2 months got it, he cannot remember how to do anything and is always messing stuff up.
