how would you make brown sugar shaken espresso upside down? i get a few every now and then & ask a partner how i should do it & no one quite knows how to go about it…. i’m pretty sure the customer wants it mixed together but i normally just prepare it like a macchiato. anyways how would y’all do it ?

I put the oatmilk as the bottom and then the shaken portion on top, I mean that is technically how they are ordering it.. Although I'm sure they want it stirred, but I follow what the sticker says!
