Hi fellow partners all over the world, I joined Starbucks Vietnam on july 4th . My starbucks store is a small engine store, we have one food case, 1 espresso bar ( one mastrena2 machine ) and one cbs bar.I got one problem is that it took me so long to close the espresso bar and the cbs bar. I heard that my shift supervisor can close both in 20 min meanwhile it took me 40 min ( if we are not busy ) or 1 hours (if we are busy ). You know when I do it slow mean everyone need to stay with me until I finish, and sure my partners are unhappy because Starbucks does not pay overtime.And each senior partner teach me their own way, no one do the same and when I follow one way , other partners say it's not ok. Im so confused right now.Do you guy have any advice for me ?
