Anyone have any ideas on how I can help my store boost our customer connection score. I know some people have a bingo card but I am not sure exactly what is on it and would love to build off of that.

All you gotta do is use the customer’s name as much as possible without being awkward.

Yeah no..we do more than that at my store and we keep getting a 50 when we know we can do more.

Not sure about the bingo card! If you have a drive through, I think it would be helpful for a “question of the day” board to be at the window inside! Something small everyday/night like “What’s your favourite movie?” that’s very easy to build off of for the whole time. Baristas can ask how they’re doing, if they’ve stopped by the store yet today, then if they wanna answer/what they answered to the qotd, then they can answer the qotd themselves. It can also work for just cafe tho!

Our stores bingo has stuff like “learn a customers name,” “make a customer laugh,” “redeem star rewards,” learn a pets name,” “recommend a new drink to a customer,” “meet a fellow partner,” “find someone with the same name as you,” “share a story with a customer,” etc. If we get a bingo, we get a small piece of candy, if we get a blackout, a bigger candy bar. It’s a fun game to play, and also great for people like me who never know what to talk to people at the window about
