Guilty for Making A Report to Ethics, short rant thing (self.starbucksbaristas)

Long story short, I made a complaint to ethics & compliance and although my report was very much true and real, I might have gotten my SM fired or suspended. I feel a lot of guilt over it, but at the end of the day, I feel like with the investigation portion of it, I don’t think they would fire someone with little evidence if there wasn’t a ton of it. 🙃

Just know that Partner relations keeps everything confidential and there could have been multiple reports against this person. They have to build a case against them depending on the circumstance but they take all the steps necessary before firing someone. Do not feel bad if that’s what happened!
