They call ur most recent sm and if she’s still working there she will probably say the worse for u. Call HR to see if u are red flagged. If yes, it’s very hard and u really need a sm who is willing to jump through fire hoops and go travel the seven seas to get u hired. It’s a lot of paperwork etc. I got fired due to a vindictive sm and it took me five months to get back in because every sm was just side eyeing me

ughhh :/ i do have an sm who is willing to do anything for me bc he knows i’m a really great worker. The sm that flagged me didn’t like most of the people working in my original store and got rid of them one by one and moved in her own people … i’m gonna call hr and see what’s up. How do u call?

Google the number and ask if u were red flagged. I think that sm that fired me wanna flag me but they prevented it because I kept calling them to report her. She eventually got fired but just how many people have she screwed over before her getting fired?

i called them but they told me to call back on monday! hopefully i can do something about it. I would totally go back to that sm but i’m moving three hours away to another city for 6-8 months so it won’t really work out but if i don’t get hired at the one i interviewed for yesterday i’ll just apply somewhere else and then ask my old sm if i can work with him again! i’m def reporting her tho bc i’ve heard some really bad things about her lately

Oh I see. Best of luck n I hope she’s not smart enough to do this. If she’s still there it means dm is backing her up. It’s not uncommon for them to do this. Easier to replace baristas

he does! i went to go visit him at his store yesterday and told him about the situation and he knows how she is anyways… he told me to let the person interviewing me to make sure to let them know to call him instead
