Lots of customers have shot their shot. If I wasn't in a closed relationship 🤷 But yeah, plenty of people have asked me out or suggested they want to see me outside of work. Honestly half the time it's irritating, because I've probably talked about my partner with them every other time they come in. The other half of people, though 👀 Working in a snobby rich area has some perks 💁😂

i work near a hooters… needless to say i get hit on a lot. calling me “sweetheart” and making disgusting jokes that no one wants to hear isn’t going to charm me. it just makes me want to go in the back and scream

on another note, some younger regulars/semi regulars like to flirt a little. it’s nice, they’re cute, but i don’t think i’d ever date a customer haha

My coworker tucked her number into a sleeve of a guy’s latte who had been kinda mutually flirty. They hung out a few times and ended up not having much in common but it was cute.

I’ve never hit on anyone, but at this other cafe I used to work at (not sbux), this one old dude took a look at me and my coworkers and told us that he “likes his coffee hot — like the girls who work here.” I was a minor at the time 💀

At that same cafe, my middle aged manager would constantly hire pretty, underage Asian girls and hit on them. He was so pleasant lol. He asked out an 18yo manager. He has a daughter the same age

I find customers cute sometimes but my social anxiety gets in the way of me actually saying anything forward or flirtatious to them 😌✌🏼
