I'm sure thus is relevant but im in California, and am currently making 21.21 as a ssv. I was hired in 2018, and in September I'll be at my 4th year here at the bux, but I was just promoted to ssv in May. My question is, does the tenure related raise apply to me? Is it based on my years as an employee or since I've only been an ssv for 2 months, would it be based on that instead?

It is based on your tenure as a partner. You should be getting a 5% raise.

So 5 plus years gets 10 percent
