She walked right up, and while I was taking her order, messed with the food display infront. As I'm getting towards the end of her order, I hear crinkling and I lean up to see what she had. And she purposefully bawled her fist around it and held it away from me so I couldn't see.
I just stared at her and finished her out.

This probably isn’t the case, but if she looked unwell/really old, she might have mental issues. My great aunt has dementia and keeps stealing metal spoons from restaurants

She wasn't like 90 or anything, I'd say 60-70. And I feel the spoon thing, my mother used to steal those little sauce cups
