Barista craft training scheduling help (self.starbucksbaristas)

New ASM here. I’ve been writing the schedule for the last month but this barista craft training for the week of 8/7 is giving me some challenges. Any ASM’s/SM’s figure out how to fit all the pods into the week without coverage gaps? Any tips? Thank u

Our store is closing early and we were scheduled outside of availability with prior notice. Ours is from 5-9pm.

Ask me tomorrow as I’m about to write the whole thing whilst crying internally. I already have 3 pods the week of the first but I’ll still have 4-6 depending on size for this new week. Have about 40 partners all together doing the training. It’s definitely been a struggle
Edit: not to mention you or your sm having to be there as well, makes it an even harder schedule as well. My only suggestion is possibly bigger groups/ talking to partners about scheduling outside of availability as a one off just to get it done and not affect business
