During closing shifts at my store we tend to get some homeless people that are very aggressive (not saying that all homeless people are agressive we have some really nice ones too). We had this one guy who tried to punch my manager, stole a bunch of tips, and threw drinks everywhere. If you aren't a SSV have your SSV file an incident report for each time it happens. Talk to your manager about how you feel unsafe and you can have this customer banned (as we did). Also have a conversation with your SSV and manager so that they can take precautions for this not to happen again. You shouldn't have to feel unsafe in your store.

We had a customer NAME NAMES that he wanted to kill, and I filed a police report and had a trespass order put on him. The DM dropped it, wouldn’t ban him, and had the police report thrown out. I feel you.
