they come in the second we open the doors. they will sit in front of the store for an hour until we open. literally any customer who does that gets on my shit list immediately sorry ☠️

She comes in five minutes before closing and orders 8 different drinks. Every. Single. Time.

Another lady always orders a black and white mocha Frappuccino. Then asks for a venti water at the window. We told her to order it in the speaker. She refuses. 🙂

This one always comes in and soothes the sf vanilla and says “omg you guys have it today” Everytime i see them

We have a cappuccino Karen. She orders a tall dry cappuccino. Every time we make it to standard she takes it into her car moves her hand up and down and and makes a sour face .. says it’s too heavy too much milk . Tells me too much milk makes her sick . And the other locations make it right ! (Then go there !!) we remake it and it’s usually fine the second time .. her son looks on with judgment from the passenger seat.

I told her “I think you should order it extra dry or almost bone dry” and she snapped back saying “no I’m not paying for a cup of nothing I want SOME milk “ I tell her extra dry doesn’t mean bone dry and if she ordered it extra dry she will have the ratio she wants .

Falls on deaf ears. We deal with this 5 times or more a week.

I have a customer that comes 5 mins before closing and purposely misgenders me just because he finds it funny. And if I’m on a different bar besides drive thru he always comments about it. Like “oh your actually working now” 🙄

This one guy comes in two times every sunday and every time, without fail, he’ll ask if we have pistachio despite everyone telling him no its seasonal

she orders a trenta passion tango with like 15 pumps of syrup and extra extra ice. she will send it back if there’s more of 5 oz of drink in her 30 oz ice cup. she has $200+ in her app and insists she pay for everyone in front of her AND behind her. she will get upset if you tell her no.

we have this guy named walter who comes in pretty much every morning and looms over the bars while trying to talk to us even when we clearly are busy. he makes everyone (especially female identifying partners) extremely uncomfortable because he asks really weird questions (like where we live and stuff) and our SM has told him multiple times to leave us alone but he won’t listen. and also he always orders a short dark roast with light cream and everytime we give it to him he opens up the lid and god forbid the color isn’t to his exact liking or he’ll ask for another and basically harass you while you’re remaking it

I have a customer who always makes excuses to look at my chest. The excuses he's used so far are looking at all my pins (I wear exactly 2), reading my name(I almost covered it up), and "appreciating the changing Starbucks logo". It's only happened a few times so far but it makes me really uncomfortable. :(

My SM said I'm free to leave the floor if he keeps this up, but still.

one our regulars is just kinda weird, she thinks she knows me, and when i was new i didn’t know she was just kinda weird. It finally hit me when she asked “did you ever get your dads phone number” (my dad had been dead for over a year since then, and i’ve never once needed to find his number) and she was surprised when i told her that he’s dead. she think that i have a friend in a nearby city who did her hair once, and also once asked if i still sing “that one adele song” (i’m an awful singer, i don’t do it outside of the car or shower). and even though we always prioritize her drink bc it’s just a coffee she’ll always stand at the end of the bar to talk to us and ask us weird questions. she also keeps asking if a couple of our coworkers are related (both mexican, look absolutely nothing alike) and after being told no she goes “oh maybe a different mama” 😐😐

We have a gentleman order a venti semi-dry cappacino but expects it to be bone dry. If it's not you will have to remake it until it's literally JUST foam. We keep telling him to order it bone dry, but he refuses
