Is it strange that I still don’t have my schedule for the first week of august my GM is out but I figured I would have it by now and really want to know what I am working so I can make plan but don’t want to bring it up since I’m still new and don’t really know the other barista well.

I meant to say my SM is out I ask the shift and they said they never look that far ahead in their schedule like it a week away so I’ll talk to someone else tomorrow and see what they say

you should have a SM covering your store. ask them about it if not hit up the DM. a schedule has to be made

you should really say something , it’s very fair of you to be concerned that your schedule for next week isn’t posted yet . your district manager or proxy store manager need to figure out and post a schedule asap .
