Every day is a short staffed shitshow at my store

Yessssss😭 every single sunday is a shit show. We never have enough people and it's terrible.

Never seen a properly staffed sunday

it's not that we're understaffed, we just lack experienced, competent baristas who can support us through the rush. a shift who has no idea what they're doing, a transfer who has been working for almost 5 months but was never properly trained. sigh its brutal out here

My store would always be the normal amount of short-staffed during winter, but then during summer it would get way busier and we'd get no extra staffing.

i work at a licensed store and most people don't know were inside of a grocery store (no outside sign or anything). pretty much any time of day I can handle it alone. it's crazy seeing your situation in your post 😣 praying 4 u
