does anyone have any idea what this means when you’re scheduled for non coverage? i’m not a shift and it’s during closing hours, but i also am scheduled for training a couple days before, also during closing hours. could it maybe be a mistake or maybe the SM is using different codes for some reason?

Training is probably the craft training we are all doing. Is it for 4 hours?
And non-cov is likely clean play - 2ish hours after closing?

yes it is 4 hours :00 awesome, and no it’s like the normal 30 mins after close schedule, and i close often but the non coverage part is 2.5 hours

I can almost guarantee it’s clean play. I do it sometimes. It’s normally 2 hours of non-cov, but if we really need something done I’ve been scheduled for 3 of non-cov.

i suppose it could be, it’s on the day we normally do it, it’s just that we close at 9 and clean play goes til 11 and my shift ends at 9:30, i guess maybe we’ll be closing early if that’s the case

Outside things? We normally have one partner do mats and clean trash cans and pick up garbage before close for safety reasons.

It's either cleaning or the training pods thing we have to do

It should have something to do with the barista craft training pods. The training itself is 4 hours but I too have no idea what my non coverage 3 hours before that are for and I’m one of the people leading the pods Aneisjekd confusion
