It’s definitely not union busting. It’s just that so many people talk about how they never received proper or adequate training that corporate is saying here ya go! I’m one of the people leading a pod of 4 partners (all partners will participate!) and we had a meeting with our sm about basically going through proper milk steaming, hot and cold beverage standards, de escalation etc. Dont be scared! It’s literally just a brush up :)

It’s just beverage training in small groups. Last time I checked they added the training resources inside the Store Resources of the store iPad so next time you work you can pull that up and get a preview of what to expect

Part of it is led by your SM and aligning on missions and values and stuff, reminding us of benefits that we have available, etc - to an extent it is a little bit union busting, but that’s not the “main” focus of it or anything
