So the SM here is the most strict manager I've ever worked under? She has a cow whenever people try to put up decorations around the store for holidays, and got especially touchy and anal about whether or not we could put up stuff for Pride... Eventually when district manager was coming through, for that week alone she put up a single pride flag on the wall, and once The Visit was done, a couple days later she took it back down??? I've also definitely seen the official Starbucks pride pronoun pins in her possession, but when people ask for them, she avoids the question and just has not given them out?? People are saying she might be just the littlest bit homophobic but we don't really have any other evidence against the fact? What can we do here to at least get our pronoun pins lmao

(I work in a store in San Diego CA btw, which is a VERY LGBTQIA+ friendly area so????)
