What the heck lol thats so weird that its shaped like that. I wish the tech guy would have been able to tell u what it came from. Was it just blocking the lines?

Thats so strange! Im glad the tech guy found it cuz now u guys can pull shots and make drinks more efficiently🙂 at my store, we still have the old mastrenas which is regular and decaf shots on one machine and regular and blonde on the other machine. But the machine with the regular and decaf shots, regardless of if we pull the regular shots or the decaf shots on that one machine, if it's an odd number of shots then it will pull slowly but if it's an even number of shots then it'll pull the normal 18 to 23 seconds. We definitely got to get that machine looked at but nobody at my store ever cares so I'm going to bring it up with my shift supervisor tomorrow

a tech came out to fix our machine because decaf would not pull and they found this and said it was not part of the machine. we think someone sabotaged us😭
