Today I asked a customer if she wanted a straw with her drink and she said no with an attitude. Then I came back and gave her the drink and she said "where's my straw?" and I said "you told me you didnt want a straw" and gave her one and she pointed at the hole to drink out of and said "why would i not want want a straw I can't drink out of this that doesn't make sense" and drove off
The whole time she had a big attitude and honestly I had enough and wanted to quit on the spot

Imagine this though, if she acted that way to you you can assume that she acts that way to everyone. So, just gonna go out on a limb and estimate she probably eats her waitresses spit about maybe one to two times a week. You know that’s not even an exaggeration.
I always like to imagine that image whether those customer drive away and it fills me with warm fuzzy feelings. 😂

Depends on how often she eats out. But if she acts that way to baristas you can assume she acts that way to wait staff too. Maybe twice a week was a bit of an exaggeration, but not by much, and if I were her I wouldn’t push my luck.

👀👀👀 ah rude customers, only at Starbucks! I go to Dunkin and McDonald’s for latte sometimes they’re not like that. Are they rude sometimes, yes but not to this extent.

No!!! DO NOT QUIT! These dumb bitches (customers) will never change and you must except that. You must always expect the worst and hope for the best with them. But never take it personally. Because it never is #tobeapartner
