How long before it says I’m eligible for asu?(self.starbucksbaristas)

I recently applied to asu for the fall semester and after completing FAFSA and the financial aid verification it still says I’m ineligible though I definitely am. Anyone know how long it takes for them to review the documents or do I need something else?

If you’re benefits eligible it won’t show eligible until fall semester / funds are dispersed/ the semester really starts. I had the same issue as well it’ll correct itself ! If it doesn’t then you can talk to someone.

I'm currently starting in the fall too. Mine says intelligible also even though I know I got the notice saying I'm eligible but right underneath that it says "eligible starting August 2022 (Fall A)". If you're says that you should be fine. I figured if it didn't say eligible by August 1st I was gonna call Financial aid and double check. I have a couple things to talk to them about anyways. Hope this helped!

Have you worked long enough to be eligible for Starbucks benefits? For most people it’s 240 total hours over 3 months. https://www.starbucksbenefits.com/en-us/home/resources/eligibility/#how-eligible

Try calling the Starbucks benefits center at 877-SBUXBEN to see if they can help. You can also try the ASU department that deals with SCAP financial stuff at 480-965-3200.
