Lol if a customer asked for that we would give it to them, just in the cup, so if anything you’re just saving a cup 🤷♀️
Torirock1024 points11m ago
i feel like u shouldn’t be able to do this especially with actual customers cuz we can’t sell drink components by themself
ryannmm51 points11m ago
if that were the case we shouldn’t be allowed to sell tea, no water, no ice. or refreshers no water, no ice, no inclusions. this should have been charged as a custom tea , but i guess it is technically allowed
Torirock101 points11m ago
no it’s not. like it would be if we sold a bag of java chips to someone or a bag of vanilla bean powder. like someone asked for a grande cup of cold foam and my shift said we shouldn’t do it cuz it’s a drink component. or smth. it like at least we should charge it as cold milk or smth
orangethrees33314 points11m ago
I would at least try to estimate the number of scoops in the bag and ring it up accordingly so that its a little more accurate.
NewRecommendation5539 points11m ago
Looks delish! Make sure to mark out the correct number or scoops though, so your store can continue ordering enough product for your “trenta strawberry açaí”
lilleniouo9 points11m ago
um hb no
myredditusername9198 points11m ago
why would you even do this? a bag of freeze dried strawberries at the grocery store costs less than the refresher
vinylcollector247 points11m ago
i think it’s their partner bev tho so it’ll be free
jazzysoranio6 points11m ago
Just “make the moment right”
Necessary_Low9392 points11m ago
Oh oh 👀👀
crowhusband1 points11m ago
the replies on this r wayyyy too serious 😭😭 yall have failed to consider that this is HILARIOUS
csaine1 points11m ago
I hope this is a joke, we don't sell just the fruit.
ittybittybakerkitty1 points11m ago
Why?
EarthLaser-18 points11m ago
I think this falls under “manipulating your benefits.”
OneRoseDark18 points11m ago
one grande cold milk, sub heavy cream, please. i like when Starbucks subsidizes my ice cream addiction.
NewRecommendation5539 points11m ago
Starbucks overprices, overworks and underpays to the extent where I am expected to make my entire paychecks worth of drinks in 80 minutes on bar. In that time, I would make 17.6 dollars before tax, and 160 drinks. If anyone is being manipulated, it’s the employees. I think I’m entitled to mark out- not steal, MARK OUT, with my employee benefits, some strawberry pieces.
notyourmarysue6 points11m ago
no?? my manager literally just said to mark it out as a custom iced tea with no tea and 20 scoops strawberries
