I’m pretty sure you need manager approval to pick up shifts over 40 hours, that’s probably why

Thats fair im young too so id understand their reluctance to allowing me to go over 40

baritas and shifts pretty much aren't allowed to go 40 hours or over. that's considered full time and they don't want to pay us overtime
