How do I go about transferring to another store?
Do I need to have a cause or manager approval?
What happens if they say no?
Context: my store SUCKS. I actually enjoy the actual job, but the people here make it impossible to enjoy the day.

Talk with your SM and DM they should reach out to the other manager. If that store is actively hiring you have to apply technically

you can fake an excuse, like if the store is closer distance wise or if the store hours are different at the new store you can claim it to be an availability issue
