Left Starbucks today due to health reasons, and being way overworked by my manager has made it worse. I’m very anxious that she will be mad at me. I tried to leave a few months ago but she begged me to stay.

I’m happy you did what’s best for you!! Ultimately her interests are only those of the company and not your wellbeing, if she doesn’t understand then she’s not a person whose understanding matters.
