Most of the time it is irritating. But I can’t blame these two customers today. They came from a different store. It was two venti matcha green tea lattes. One with vanilla foam. They had the drink and sticker still on, barely touched and apologized deeply since they came from a different store. The driver was like it just tastes bland and off. I look at the bottom and there was AN INCH OF MATCHA CLUMP in both cups and the drink was quite a pale green more than usually, and I’m like oh my gosh yeah we will totally re do that for you. Gave both to her and she did tip us a lot for the trouble. But yeah even I was like oooo that’s nasty.

I made a frap once and this woman just goes "this tastes like ice" and im like "ok" ..

As a green bean I can say I have made a few drinks with alternative milk and I forget to shake the carton, especially when it’s new. It can definitely make it taste funky 😅 but that’s my bad.

One of my regulars thought her chai tasted off and asked me to remake it. So sure enough I did. Then she said it still tasted off, had a very obvious internal freak out, then left us a $20 tip and rushed out of the store. We’re all pretty sure she thought she had Covid but luckily that was not the case 😂

Today this lady took a sip of her frap and said it’s too watery, even tho the consistency is correct. I just put that shit back in the blender and added more ice. No ma’am I ain’t making u another one when I have drinks. I washed the blender don’t worry
