I think reserve has decaf cold brew…..but also a pour over requires hot water….not cold…..decaf iced americano with long shots seems like a better fit

The only way for them to put decaf is to put in a decaf espressso shot but the way it prints on the sticker needs to be improved and it better explained in the app cuz this ain’t it 😭

You shouldn’t even add a decaf shot to this because they didn’t pay for the shot. There is really no reason for the app to let them put decaf in a non-espresso drink that they didn’t add shots to.

Looks like watery shit. Cold brew has to steep in water for 12-20 hours. Instead of trying to make a non-orderable drink happen, maybe just explain to the customer that we do not serve decaf cold brew and make an iced decaf americano or an iced decaf pourover (using hot water. Lol)

I’m sure it means to add one decaf shot not make cold brew it’s self decaf. Starbucks needs to do better with mobile ordering options, customers just be clicking random buttons sometimes

In my experience, the customer wants a decaf shot added to their cold brew. More for the flavor of espresso and not the caffeine

We had someone order a trenta decaf cold brew yesterday. Waited till she got in to see if she wanted cold brew with a decaf shot or decaf ice coffee. She didn't wanted the ice coffee. Told her to change her user name to say decaf and when she ordered ice coffee we'd make it decaf for her.

Like I get many stores don't carry decaf ice coffee, but the ones that do, you should be able to order it from.
