At our store, we labeled the urns with monday-Friday and urnex them on that day, instead of doing them all at once.
We also break up the weekly tasks and spread them out throughout the week- like we do our nitro lines on Monday.
On top of that, we also have clean play with 3 partners for one hour after close, usually Tuesday, and that's when we deep clean the cupboards and espresso machines.

Our clean plays are on Thursday. We close at 7 and do clean play until 9:30/9:45.

My store has the urns labeled with a day and those get cleaned at the end of morning/ beginning of mid. Floors are a night task that we try to get done during slightly slower parts of the day (we’re an interstate store and the busiest in our district so slow spots are when we try getting everything done). For our clean play, the people who do it come in early on Tuesday or Wednesday for it. Ask your SM if you can switch a few things around like that and it might make things a little easier for y’all

we close at 10 & do cleanplay from 10:30-12:30 (really 10:45 bc of breaks. ideally) with 3 partners. do what you can before you close (vents, cup caddy, urns, ovens, pastry case, fridges, etc). don’t do the dishwasher and ice bin on the same night, you’ll cry. use the blocks as much as you can and assign each block to a different barista. make sure you deck brush the top and bottom of the mats (this is something they can do earlier in the day, time permitting) and clean the insides of the trash cans (especially BOH cans). do your best, note who did what for accountability, and ideally knock stuff out throughout the week and earlier in the day. we are considering moving our cleanplay to 2:30-4:30 am on a weekend and i really hope we do so the closers aren’t stuck w it but 🤷🏻‍♀️
