Some customer constantly tells me to smile more and I get irritated. "OH! You want me to smile more? Well I would like some more tips."

One time I had a customer order 20 drinks in DT. Total was over $100 .. like why would someone order that much in a drive through. And my store was insanely busy, like I’m talking 5k by 8am busy. Like at 7am I’d come in and be put on cafe mobile and be backed up an hour on mobiles. Like who does that!
