I don’t smoke but use edibles, I can’t take them at work I’m a lightweight after years of not smoking, but maybe it will help lol

Use a bowl, don’t smoke paper and keep the windows open. Bring a nice glass of water to rinse your mouth out and come back 5 minutes early to hit the bathroom to wash your face/hands. Or just use a vape lol
