Covid gets emergency/catastrophe pay and you have to have proof of positive test.

But, hey, maybe you can’t stop vomiting daily. Maybe it has become so constant that it has prevented you from going to work as per food safety regulations, and you’re forced to call out until all your sick time is used and you can put in your notice…

Tell them you have Covid/the flu for the last week and use sick days lol

The other thing I want to ask is how bad of an idea is this to ask my manager if she'll help me with this. If I ask if I can use my sick time that's basically admitting I'm not sick, but is she going to be angry for lying? Otherwise I also feel bad for not telling her that I'm calling out everyday
