Call around to some stores in the area you want to transfer to. You want to call, typically in the morning if you can, and ask for the manager. When you reach the manager, tell them your name and what store you're from, and that you're looking to transfer to a new location. Ask if they can accept a transfer.

You should be told the next steps from there, but if they say they can take you, then your next move is to initiate the process from your current store. You'll want to find and print off the Transfer Form, it's a PDF on the Partner Hub.

Transfer form is like a single sheet of paper, you fill out the store information for where you're transferring and whatnot, and then you pass it off to your SM. SM and DM will sign it and send it over to the new SM, and that SM and DM will sign it to accept the transfer.

That's all assuming you're going from a corporate-run store to another corporate-run store. If you are licensed, or trying to go to a licensed location (a starbucks inside of another store) then it is not possible.
