If someone ordered a toffee nut shaken espresso, do you still put classic or do you just put the toffee nut? I’m assuming it would just be toffee nut right?

That’s when you ask the customer unless someone else took the order, I’d wait til they got to window or I’d call the name out on cafe and ask.

Exactly this. If it was a mobil I would make it with classic too since it didn’t say no classic on it.

Unless the sticker says “No Classic”, or “Sub (syrup)”, the classic always still goes in

Well, always assume if they want a sugar substitute that they want it to substitute the stuff with sugar in it. :-)

Yeah, just don’t. If they’re not there to ask, you can always add in classic when you ask when they get there. Saves it from having to be remade entirely if they taste it and realize it’s not right. It’s the same with unclarified no/yes whip dairy free frappes, ingredients are easier to add than to remove

If it’s mobile I would put classic because they are the ones controlling the app. If it’s in cafe I just assume they don’t want it. Sometimes I ask. Sometimes I don’t wanna be bothered asking.
