I’m a partner in the San Diego area, I don’t know if all music playlists are the same, but this 14 minute song keeps coming on when I work and it’s the most drab song to listen too for that long. I feel like I’m on the set of Oh Brother Where Art Thou. First time I heard it was at open while putting an order away 😫

i heard this song during closing time. we closed at 7:00 and stayed until 7:30 to do obv closing tasks… i legit was like “can we please change the music? i feel like i’m going to sleep while closing. i wanna feel energised when closing, not like i’m about to give out already.”

I turn the music off right at close. 😊 Baristas can listen to their own (appropriate) music during close. But yeah especially that time of shift, super depressing.

I asked if we could turn the music off until it was over.
