Very true I didn’t think about that. I was mostly wondering if corporate is allowed to come in and randomly record you without consent and then share that footage with others.

The only time I know of that this happens is for training videos. When this happens it’s with consent and done at a very specific location.

Almost all stores companies etc have cameras, so it’s just policy. If a customer records me that’s a different story

Would imagine it varies throughout the states.

Depends. I live in Germany and the laws are much stricter here, so they can’t film us without consent. The CCTV camera that films the bar only films us below the hips (because the safe is down there).
