Can someone please explain this how to understand the vacation hours section on my paystub? What is the QTD section mean? I've only been with sbux since April so Idk what the 69.82 hours means.
Also can someone explain how we get raises? I know we just got a 5% raise, but how do we normally get raises? Is it once or twice a year? Do we get a percentage or a dollar amount? Is it company wide or does our SM have a say?

hi, Canadian partner here.
vacation hours start accuring after either 6 months or a year I can't remember
QTD = how many hours you've worked so far in the quarter, we have Q1-Q4, aka 3 month increments. so Q1 would be January through March, Q2 would be April through June and so on
QTD not too important other than for making sure you reach 240 (I think it's reduced to 190 now) per quarter if you'd like to keep your extended health benefits (aka 20 hours/week average )

raises are biannual of 1.5% normally. unsure when though
