ill be honest i’m not even sure, my hand just goes into autopilot 😭 the most important thing id say is probably making sure your milk consistency is even, and i begin pouring almost as if i’m about to pour a flat white and try to keep the stream of milk as even as possible when it’s coming out of the pitcher

You can transfer the milk into a venti cup and crease the lip to get finer lines!

Congrats friend 🤩🤩 I’ve been trying for almost 3yrs and I can make a heart or sometimes smaller rosetta but still practicing when I do have time, cause most of the time I’ll be solo bar

I took photo of every pour I make, to keep and compare through times. Now it’s been better and I know how to control my wrist so I only take photo of a good pour. Most of the time it’s the other partners want me to save it there until they all can have a picture of it and then I can dump it out to make another one 😂😂 I did it in our paper hot cup and do it as a mocha when I first started but now I can do it in the glass we use to serve in the cafe and make it as a flat white. Whole milk gives the best texture, second option is oatmilk.
