We’re all safe and no one got hurt this happen just right after peak but we’re now back up and running cause you know we can’t lose money

Actually this almost happened to my store, we had one of our fridges checked because we were having issues.
Our maintenance guy showed us where the power cord for the fridge came out in the back and that it was bent at an angle and frayed.
Turns out it was from some of our baristas slamming the fridges back in too far after pulling them out for floors, and hitting the outlet which was where the cord was plugged in, which caused damage to the fridge, the cord, and the outlet.
Highly recommended checking the cords on your other fridges.

Omg a few years ago we almost had one explode. The guy came in to look at it and literally said “yeah I’d you guys hadn’t unplugged it everyone in the building probably would have died” since it would have hit a natural gas line.
