just be yourself and dont be afraid to ask questions! we get a ton of benefits so i'm sure you'll have plenty of questions regarding that. but it honestly felt like more of a conversation to me rather than an interview^

What pay did they start you at? I have read that Starbuck’s minimum is now $17 per hour but I’m not sure if that’s everywhere. Thanks!

for me i started at 12 an hour but that was about a year and a half ago, i believe it depends on the state but they are moving up the national minimum to 15$ an hour soon here!

I started about a month ago, my interview was mostly situational questions like:
When was a time you made a genuine connection with a human being?
When was a time you caught someone doing the wrong thing and how did you handle it?
When was a time you disagreed with someone and how did you deal with the situation?
They also asked me to explain my future plans such as if I planned to leave Starbucks when I finished my degree.
My starting pay was $15/hr.
