It’s a long story but this dude was basically stalking my manager and I and we were too scared to walk out alone after close (was like after 10). The guy was blocking my car in and was still there when the cops arrived. This job is….. a lot sometimes 🥹🥹
P.S. always go with your gut instinct. We didn’t want to call the cops at first but felt really uneasy so we did eventually. Glad we did. Better safe than sorry 🥲

This. I think we should make it easier to call the cops rather than the amount you go through to de escalate that 9/10 times doesn't get resolved and ends with them needing to be removed.

You! That's awesome. We've so far only gotten one person trespassed from our store and most of the surrounding Starbucks.
But there's a few more that definitely shouldn't be allows in. Mainly for safety. And the 3rd place

i’ll assume from your @ that you’re male (feel free to correct me if i’m wrong) but seriously dude… female and nonbinary baristas (which tend to make up a larger % of starbucks workers) don’t have the privilege to simply not be afraid of hostile customers. recognize your privilege and stop minimizing others issues. thanks

It’s very easy to die or be crippled for life if you get assaulted even if you’re a fit man. One punch to the head, one wrong fall, someone pulls a weapon, etc.
