I’m going to be honest I don’t k ow what I’m doing working at Starbucks, Ig it looked like fun. It is but I don’t know what goes in what drink Ik the pumps and shots and all that anyone have like a playbook I can study what drink is what? Or advice for what I should be doing to get better.

But majority of the drinks have the name of the syrup in it tho ? Most drinks are literally named after the flavor …

espresso is the buttons you touch on the machine, it goes single, double, triple. it is concentrated coffee. it is usually about 2 ounces, not a lot of volume. a latte is espresso but with steamed milk and a small layer of foamy milk. a cappuccino is essentially a latte with a thicker layer of foamy milk.
a white mocha is a latte with white mocha syrup and whipped cream. a mocha is a latte with mocha syrup and whipped cream.
a cinnamon dolce latte is a latte with cinnamon dolce syrup, whipped cream, and cinnamon dolce sprinkles.
there should be a recipe guide either in the back of house area near the computer (ask your sm) OR you can look up all the recipes on the ipad, go to the store resources app and core beverage recipes. i taught myself this way by going on this app during my breaks and before/after work (ik, i was bored)

Thank you, one of my friends at the across town Starbucks sent me this beautiful list of drinks and what goes to what. Now I’m just mad that my store doesn’t have them too. Anyway I’ll probably be back about refreshers

the store ipad has beverage recipe standards in the store resources app. quizlet also has a lot of study sets you can use for recipes, pumps, even dating things and such.

I have a cheat sheet. It's not perfect as I've left out some stuff that I've already memorized (like Fraps are 2/3/4 for everything) that I can send you. Besides that it's just studying and it comes with time as well. The pressure of being put on bar makes you perform at times I've found.
