you should always ask someone who asks for nondairy if they still want the whip (usually its no but a lot say yes still too) with mobile orders if it doesnt say NO WHIP they still want the whipped cream on it. ppl at my store dont care about asking if someone who wants nondairy wants whip as well, and ive mentioned that there are ppl who rlly would be better off not having dairy, and ppl forget to say things sometimes. and our baristas just say theyre “too lazy” or “dont care” and its lovely.
i remember the update just being about making sure to ask. it was to not put whip cream if it says no whip but to put whip if it doesnt say so.

I don't remember that being in a weekly update. If you find it, can you say which week it is. Because my store has not been doing that.
